Exec Chef Lance Gummere's thoughtfully pieced together a five-course brew pairing (using Colorado-based New Belgium suds) with dishes like Ranger IPA alongside toasted pretzel bread, goat cheese- and bacon-stuffed jalapenos & jumbo lump crab cakes; 1554 Enlightened Black Ale w/ roasted duck breast; and Frambozen Raspberry Brown w/ a raspberry ding dong, the sheer mentioning of which will set you up for a Zinger of a joke.
