Email the The Van with your desired time/place/# of eaters, and they'll swing by to cook healthy, organic meals using Magnolia breads, grass-fed, hormone/antibiotic-free roasted meats, and locally farmed veggies. The sandwich-heavy menu includes Bakery Roast Beef on organic roasted potato bread (w/ local organic tomatoes, horseradish goat cheese & cabbage slaw), roasted turkey on summer cornbread, and pastrami topped w/ organic Swiss on cardamom bread, shaming cardadad for not being the one to earn it.
