A carryout corner of pizza, sammies, noodles & more, Kind's the creation of a former chef for the University of Richmond's president, who's focusing on organic, natural & high-quality ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes, filtered water, and buffalo mozzarella. Nab pies like "Frankie Bones" (sweet sausage, red onion, cherry pepper, Kalamata olives, Cremini 'shrooms, white anchovies), pastas like "Seebs" (basically a carbonara), and sandos like the breaded chicken/Fontal cheese/Uncle Joe's Gravy "Harry Bag of Friggin' Donuts" -- a strange name to be sure, but at least it's not hairy.
