Brunch now on Mondays at Food 101

Formerly Sat/Sun only, Food 101's now serving its soul-restoring, $15-or-less brunch menu on Monday nights, using house-made and locally farmed organic goods on everything from Hashbrown Casserole (w/ crab, jalapeno, caramelized onion, aged Ched), to the house-cured salmon benedict, to the Blue Ridge-raised fried chicken/biscuit/sausage gravy/over-easy-egg combo dubbed "Gordo's" -- which means "fat" in Spanish, but "d*ck" in Deutsch, a reminder that Germans will eat anything.
