Set for a grand opening on New Year's, Chef Ria Pell's Sauced Atlanta arrives in what used to be 11:11 Tea House, with a brown/cream/blue interior featuring an oval-shaped leather couch, glass-block walls, and a wood paneled bar, focusing on classic cocktails and slow cooked eats like tacos de cabra, slow smoked brisket, and jumbo "Luscious Scallops", an almost sensual preparation that'll have you saying, "oh, yeah, touch me there, scallop, you naughty bivalve".
