Tiny tastiness starts with the hormone/antibiotic-free Natural, gets SOT-border with the Dos XX-marinated Barbacoa Style Brisket (w/ pickled onions, cilantro, lime-infused crema), then takes a piggly turn with a coffee-rubbed/Fireman's 4-marinated pork shoulder smothered in jalapeno slaw & red-wine BBQ sauce and dubbed the "Wired and Drunk Pig", though figuring out the myriad intricacies of the Barksdale empire's impossible without a clear head. Things get fowl with the WafChickenFle (waffle-battered free-range bird, caramelized onion, jalapeno syrup), while the script's completely flipped with the "weekend special": the achiote-marinated duck confit/honey-mint slaw/mango-habanero sauced Diablo Duck, also Daffy's hellish twin, who hath brought upon the world much sufferin' succotash
