African trailer-food

Just opened by a Senegalese caterer, this pan-African trailer's built from entirely reclaimed wood and metal, and dishes out savories like seared Yassa chicken, Moroccan lamb sausage w/ sweet tomato relish & harissa, and the lamb Dakar Boy's Burger (spiced & diced veggies, garlic, cumin, paprika). Everything's available on Senegalese rice, in a wrap, or in a South African bread pocket called a "bunny chow", possibly because they were originally sold by merchants parked under bania trees -- though oddly, Bania still insists that "A bunny chow is not a meal, Jerry".
