Moroccan delights

Run by a Moroccan immigrant moonlighting from his Dell day job, TFC serves North African "burgers", i.e., heaping piles of hormone-free vegetarian-fed beef topped with fried egg, smothered in tangy tomato garlic sauce, and wrapped in pita bread. For non-meaties, there are "sleek" vegetarian/vegan choices that replace the beef with eggplant or falafel, plus crispy Belgian pommes frites fried in canola oil, a healthy alternative intended to keep you from trans-flatlining.
