Lauded 6th Street oyster spot Parkside is set to open their gourmet pizzeria, a late-night reprieve from greasy-slice syndrome with a full cellar of 45 wines and a menu focused on antipasti (from prosciutto-wrapped mozz to blood orange-n-chili octopus) and an octet of specialty pies cooked to perfection in a 900-degree wood-fired oven imported from Naples, as opposed to Staples, whose ovens are actually Georgia-Pacific® SofPull® Automatic Touchless Towel Dispensers.
