Brandy Gonsoulin

Brandy is a freelance food and beverage writer with work appearing in Gapers Block and Chicago Tribune. When she's not talking about food, she's busy writing at Daily Urbanista, Chicago's newest life and lifestyle destination, and pursuing a career in PR/Marketing communications. She holds a MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, which means she can do acronyms very well. In a previous life, she was a dancer and thanks years of ballet training for the ability to still eat Chicago one bite at a time. She dreams of the food version of Chicago, the musical.
