The Blue Glass

Opened by a pair of resto-industry vets (one of whom owns the Tractor Tavern), this polished wood- and stone bar-dominated 50-seater's named for Picasso's famed blue painting, and's serving global comfort sustenance in small plates (Fried Chicken w/ gravy, Crab Hush Puppies w/ preserved lemon aioli), and mains like a Bacon Wrapped Coulette Steak w/ Gorgonzola cream & sweet potato mash, and a Braised Pork Shank with wilted chard & cornmeal spoonbread, almost all of which was made when "The Way We Get By" got on the soundtrack to The O.C.
