The swank Highland drink palace is shmixing white rum, grapefruit juice, cinnamon syrup, lime juice, and green Chartreuse for a "bright, fresh take" on the Zombie Chispa that debuted at the World's Fair in 1939, hopefully after attendees rode The Gravitron.
