This five-course, whiskey master-hosted pairing dinner pours Bulleit Bourbon Rye alongside hors d'oeuvres like chicken waffle sliders/ hickory-smoked pork shoulder/ bourbon-glazed polenta, Dickel No. 12 with oak-smoked short ribs (accompanied by mint julep chimichurri/ fried shoestring potatoes), and Dickel Barrel Select with a pecan-crusted shrimp cake, a recipe so original, it'll somehow make Bubba feel even dumber.
