A Tribute to Bars, Speakeasies, And Saloons

A man so serious about cocktails that he founded a museum dedicated to them in New Orleans, mixologist/ storyteller Dale DeGroff drops into The Bitter Bar next Monday to wax rhapsodic about their history, tell stories about practically living in bars for 40+ years, then serve up a 'tail for each tale (four total), including an "Absinthe Frappe", and the whiskey/ Rainwater Madeira/ lemon juice "Punch Royal".Photo by Ed Poe
