Opening up underneath stage two of the High Line, the Colicchio & Sons crew is converting this parking lot into a West Coast-style food truck bonanza, stationing mobile peddlers like Red Hook Lobster, Kelvin Natural Slush, and the Taco Truck within mere feet of one another, and backing 'em up with dual bars slinging vino and local beers from Victory, Sixpoint, and Brooklyn Brewery, whose exclusive High Line Elevated Wheat is a hybrid of German and Belgian styles, complimentary in that the Belgium half will just sit back and let the German side totally dominate it.
