Great Scots!

Hop and Vine's observing the unofficial Scottish national holiday (dedicated to poet Robert Burns and the drinking he apparently loved so well) with a fete featuring readings of his work, bagpipes, and actually fun stuff like flights of whiskey (e.g., Balvenie Double Wood 12 yr) and pints of Scotch ale alongside Highland digestibles including the meaty sheep's stomach pudding delight known as haggis, short bread, and the mashed potato and turnip dish known as neeps and tattles, which in certain circumstances could get you kilt.
