Foodwise, they've got categories like Large Plates (the porcini Bolognese, Irish cheddar, and caramelized onion “Sloppy Giuseppe”), and TV Dinners like the beer battered chicken n' waffles with caramel shallot butter, maple gastrique, and fried sage, which is probably not as smart as it makes itself out to be.
