1. Beretta's Penicillin #2 1199 Valencia Street, , 94110 (The Mission)

If you prefer your outdoor dining with a sightline of dudes in tight throwback Drazen Petrovic jerseys and cutoff cord shorts, hit up the Mission pizzeria/bar's brick wall-adjacent patio for a West Coast twist on an East Coast cocktail originally devised by a legendary mixologist at Milk and Honey in NYC, which includes a heady mix of Mezcal, honey, lemon, and ginger, and is called the Penicillin #2, though ironically -- have too many -- and you could actually catch syphilis.
