You know you want a gin-filled squirt gun

Because slow hands are lame and cool hands were already dibsed by Luke, the dudes at Rickhouse are bringing you The Fastest Hands in the West, an under-the-radar SF Cocktail Week capper that'll pit 15 of the best coast's quickest cocktailians against each other in a speed-bartending competition so next-level, you can only play it on Sega...CD!

Five three-man teams will be stacked with Big League talent (like Bartender's Guild prez Kevin Diedrich from Jasper's, and Marco Tello from The Varnish in LA), then unleashed on Rickhouse's front bar for five back-to-back 15min stretches where each team'll serve as many $5 signature cocktails as you can take down, provided you promise not to go with Stephanie Tanner to the unsupervised make-out party at Gia's apartment.

Once their 15min 'tending shift is up, you'll go to Gia's apartment anyway, duh, it's an unsupervised make-out party! each team'll try to execute all six imbibe-ables on the cocktail list as fast as possible, with the average time for the squads and a panel of judges used to help determine the team and individual victors.

And just because, they'll be handing out squirt guns at the door filled with gin, an idea that originally may have involved super-soakers, until cooler hands prevailed.
