The Crescent Hotel's oasis of quality craft cocktails has just updated its menu with new late winter 'tails like the Torii Toddy (Japanese whiskey, honey, lemon, yellow Chartreuse, Angostura bitters, tea) and the Dutch Blood, which mixes Genever, Agricole Rhum, blood orange, lemon, absinthe, and cherry heering with a weird predilection for wearing clogs.
