An antler-filled Austrian bierhaus on Polk

This just-opened, antler-filled Austrian bierhaus (from brothers Albert and Klaus) is an ode to all things Oktoberfest, featuring eight mostly German beers on tap (including Spaten, Franziskaner, Bitburger, and Köstritzer) and 12 more bottled, all available by the pint/liter/boot and served by lederhosen-attired coeds with eats like Crispy Pig Trotters, house-cured Wiener Schnitzel, and a Choucroute Garni Platter, which features pork belly, smoked pork loin and brats, though not Bratz, as their "passion for fashion" makes them notoriously difficult to consume.
