Named for the distiller's ranch -- which's either something discerning people from Chicago put on everything or land in South Texas his family owned for five generations -- 2bar is turning out small batch hooch like vodka made with locally sourced wheat, and a corn-based moonshine similar to the kind his family may or may not have once produced in a less than legal fashion.
