Old school boozer in Old Ballard

Quietly opened by the brothers behind the Eastside's late 8th Street Sports Bar, this laid-back pool table-equipped drinkery is dominated by a polished wood bar, serving up the usual wells, a highly curated list of local micros that includes Odin Kolsch, Black Raven Trickster IPA, and Fremont Dark Star Stout (not available anywhere else), plus a slightly ironic collection of cans/bottles like Rainier tallboys and PBR in 40s, also the original name of Men of a Certain Age, when the show was based in Portland, and Scott Bakula grew a handlebar 'stache and wore a Toni Kukoc Hawks jersey.
