Paratii Craft Bar

Opened by a dude who's owned drinkeries on three continents, this nautically adorned "imbibing emporium" is pairing Brazilian eats (bacon-wrapped sirloin marinated w/ garlic & cumari peppers, seafood Feijoada stew) with craft 'tails prepped by a team of serious bar vets; options include Brazilian cachaca-based numbers (the pineapple/ grenadine Brasilian Sunrise), and classics like the Lima Sour, first poured in 1947, and the bourbon/ creme de cacao/ grenadine Commodore, which presumably dates back to at least '64.
