SoDo beer-slinger Schooner Exact wants you to stop seeing other beer places. And to help get you to commit, they've turned their old storage space into a blond-wood-heavy brewpub with windows overlooking the oak barrels they age their beer in. SE's eats menu means apps (charcuterie w/ three types of cured meats, fresh baguette, etc.), and pasta (Orecchiette w/ broccoli & garlic), but mostly sandwiches like the prosciutto/ buffalo mozzarella/sweet peppers Euro so try not to spill any on the surgically grafted chest hair protruding from your comically deep V. If you'd rather have their beer with breakfast, Coughlin's got a job for you, and they've got weekend brunch offerings like the Saddlebag waffle with bacon baked into it. To wash it all down, SE's still slinging a full suds lineup like the Profanity Hill Porter, and a golden ale called Gateway, though they highly recommend you not even trying any new experiences. You're very happy just with them.
