You can now head right on up here

Sometimes it makes sense to just sit on something until the price drops... unless you're talking about toilets; you really ought to purchase those first. Well, congratulations: you've waited out the Liaison Capitol Hill Rooftop Pool, and they'd now love to have you up for no cost

Previously only accessible with the purchase of a $20 day pass (and before that, only open for private events), the pool's now going public at 5p, meaning you can enjoy sunset swims 30mins after enjoying new bites & drinks from an also new wood-paneled, open-air bar. Unlike those herbs that do it inside the pool, do your lapping on a deck chair -- specifically with ten canned beers (from New Belgium Shift to Flying Dog Underdog), and 'tails like the "Roberto Roy" with jalapeno-infused whiskey, pepper & vermouth, and the 10 Cane rum & honey "Mamajuana". And for days when you're wearing your one-piece (or hell, just don't care!!), they've got charcuterie, sandwiches including a smoked chicken wrap w/ cilantro aioli, as well as salads like a Bibb with chicken & buttermilk dressing

All that money you're saving on the entry fee burning a hole in your pocket? Well, they've got you covered there too, as they're introducing a weekend breakfast at downstairs' Art & Soul preceding an hour-long yoga class, meaning you can work on posturing, even if it's not just an attempt to get them to drop the price
