Belgian Beer Float Menu

The Belgian big-timers at Et Voila are now combining their homeland's brews with frosty housemade ice creams, like peach cream scooped into Lindemans Peche Lambic (w/ a touch of hot Sichuan pepper), a hefeweizen beer ice cream dropped into Kasteel Rouge, and calamansi sorbet (from the Filipino citrus) scooped into Hoegaarden, aka where Paris Hilton should have gotten spayed.
