Flying Dog tours are back after a change to MD legislation, and're now running more "intimate sessions" (Thurs-Sat), which include tastes of wort and yeast in the filtering station and lab, and tastes of actual beer (20 styles) in the tap room, or what Bush calls "any room I want, with or without a warrant, bitches".
