Victorian style boozing south of the river

Officially launching tonight, Tommyfield is an old-fashioned boozer modeled after Victorian chop houses (white tile walls, wooden floors & furniture, brown leather banquettes), and bolstered by a 40-seat private diner with a huge, not-particularly-Victorian 3D plasma. The market-sourced menu features fish, beef, and pies varying by day, sandwiches (shredded middle white pork belly w/ apple & cider sauce; grilled chorizo, rocket, piquillo peppers), and "light suppers" like Welsh Rarebit and fried duck egg w/ asparagus & toast, which the Welsh actually call "Hotpoint Dishwasher".
