An Evening with
George Killian's
Master Brewer

Why do guys who'd never skip around Oktoberfest in a feather cap and man-tights -- or strut through Carnaval in a sequined thong -- feel perfectly comfortable celebrating St. Patty's with cheesy green beads and even greener beer? Next Thursday, March 12th, prep to know better this St. Pat's Day, at an evening with the George Killian's Master Brewer.

Held at Kennedy's from 6-8 PM, an evening with the Master Brewer is a pre-Pat's primer designed to educate guests on the fine art of celebrating Irish-style without resorting to the same horrible clichés that should shame thousands of other revelers, but strangely don't. Attend, and you'll get traditional and delicious Irish food plus complimentary George Killian's Irish Red -- a full-bodied lager that's less bitter and heavy than a stout, so you can drink it throughout the day without people calling you "St. Fatrick".

The night's anchored by a tasting with Killian's Master Brewer Toby Eppard, who'll clue you in to the secrets of slow-roasted caramelized malt, and the joys of being crowned "master" by the most discriminating people on the planet, beer-drinkers.

Spaces are limited, so to secure a spot at the exclusive event for you and a friend, be one of the first 25 to RSVP to killiansBOS@thrillist.com and try not to wear a green hat, because the only thing truly magical about a leprechaun is the joy they bring to those who punt them.

Whether you know what's good for you, or have no idea whatsoever, be one of the first 25 to RSVP right now at killiansBOS@thrillist.com
