Handmade tortillas on Western

From owners who ran same-named taquerias in Texas and Cali before moving to Chi, TODA's 30-some seat space's brightened by paintings of steer-roping cowboys and fresh fruit lining the counter; they're pressing fresh handmade tortillas for tacos like al pastor and beef tongue (topped w/ traditional onion/cilantro or "super" loaded with cheese/guac/sour cream), plus plating huge tortas like the Hawaiian (breaded pork & grilled pineapple) and the "pork and wieners" El Compadre, a combo whose friendship makes sense considering how hard it is to do the former without the latter.
