Just opened in Camden's Roundhouse, this haute-canteen-style restaurant specializes in international "Sharing Plates" like seared onglet w/ chimichurri & braised red onion, crisp pork belly w/ pickled cabbage, apple puree & poached quince, and confit duck leg w/ green papaya, peanuts & hoisin dressing, surprisingly delicious given that the juicier, non-hoi sins all involve undressing.
