The Beauvallon's new French-inspired Japanese restaurant has mixed up a signature cocktail sure to make patrons say "Ohm my God": TY KU sake liqueur and lemonade garnished with an "electric button", a yellow bud from the plant Acmella oleracea that makes your mouth feel like it's buzzing with electricity, hence the drink's name "Electric French Kiss" -- as opposed to the Peter Travers review, "French Kiss is Electric!"
