Just-opened right across from Seattle U, this former pizza place turned low-key, wood-heavy Mexican fooderia serves up classic dinner plates (pollo en mole, huaraches w/ handmade corn and pinto bean tortillas, chile en nogada, bistec adobado) and lunchtime favorites like build-your-own burritos w/ fillings ranging from chorizo and spiced pork, four house-made salsas, all for the oddly specific price of $6.37, so students can get one w/ the change from their cushions, and then beg for 6 dollars.
