Just Listen to BMW's Italian Supercar
Any BMW fan is likely to remember the M1 supercar from the 1970s: BMW and Lamborghini were working together on a race car, until Lambo pulled out, leaving the Germans to finish it by themselves. The result was a spectacular mid-engined race-ready car, with a few hundred produced for the road at the same time.
Our friends at Petrolicous sat down with the guy who heads up the M1 registry, and talked shop about everything from the way it feels to the sound it makes as it sucks air into the engine from its gorgeous intake.
