The ultimate beach cruiser

If the Fiat 500 was Italy's answer to the English Mini, the Fiat 500 Jolly Ghia was, well, designed to make glamorous and wealthy people happy. Legendary bodymaker Ghia took original 500s and turned them into the ultimate beach buggy so the rich and famous wouldn't have to share mass transit with anyone. It might be ridiculously cold right now, but spring and summer are (hopefully) on their way, and this one's gonna be hitting the auction block at RM's Arizona auction.

You won't find any doors here. There are almost no seats even — they literally threw wicker beach chairs in there and called it quits. It sort of works though, because the last thing you wanna do after a day of hitting on gorgeous Italian women along the Riviera is squish down into some leather seats.

They were often owned by elites like Aristotle Onassis, so this canvas roof was an option that made things like color coordinating your swimsuit possible.

It wasn't made for performance, so it's only got twice the horsepower of the Budweiser Clydesdale's carriage...

... and it really can't do much more than 60 miles per hour, but again, it's got wicker seats, so you really wouldn't want to do much more than 60.
