The 24-Cylinder Lamborghini-powered speedboat

When the Riva Aquarama speedboat first launched over half a century ago, it was immediately heralded as the "Ferrari" of the boat world. This fact truly pissed off Ferrucio Lamborghini, father of the eponymous car company. It pissed him off so much that he ordered his very own Riva Aquarama, but mandated that it be powered by not one, but two Lamborghini V12 engines. The result, which has now been beautifully restored by Riva, is without a doubt the "Lamborghini" of the boating world.

These bad boys were originally destined to live inside Lamborghini's first Ferrari killer, the 350GT. Most people would consider strapping a pair of V12s to a wooden boat a little crazy. Not Mr. Lamborghini.

When was the last time you were this excited by a boat?

"My other boat is a Lamborghini." No, but seriously, it is.
