The eBay Seven, March 14th Edition: The Best Rides on eBay Motors This Week

"I need a million dollars in cash." — Al Lettieri as Sollozzo, in The Godfather

And now, the very finest Rides that eBay Motors has to offer.

2013 Jeep Wrangler
Take a regular Jeep, spray it down in camo-patterned, scratchproof Kevlar paint, and give it a proper off road suspension. Supercharge it just for good measure, and you've got this awesome Jeep. Built by a custom shop just outside of Dallas, it's not a backyard project, either. [More pics...]

2008 Cadillac XKR Godfather Roadster
Palazzi Motorcars is best known for taking modern Ford Thunderbirds and converting them into 1930s-era art deco homages. For this car, however, they used a Cadillac XLR, which means at its core, this car started out life as a Corvette platform. If Sonny Corleone had this on the turnpike maybe he could've gotten away. 2005 Saleen Mustang S281S SkyVu
In 2005, Saleen debuted their SkyVu roof, which was a roof entirely made of glass that also slid back all the way. It was awesome, it let you enjoy all 465 hp with the wind in your hair without all the chassis flex of a convertible, and it was designed by the same company that used to build McLaren Mustangs. Sadly, they only made one. Happily, this is it. [More pics...]

1955 Mercedes-Benz 300SL
There aren't many 300SL Gullwings in the world, and even fewer that are in pretty much perfect condition, so generally when an owner wants to sell one it winds up at one of the major collector auction houses, like RM or Gooding. This one's on eBay, and the asking price of $1.8 million might be a tad high. Then again, take a closer look, and everything about this car just feels right. [More pics...]

1972 Ford Mustang Convertible
42 years ago, a woman named Mariane bought herself a Mustang convertible with a big 351cid V8, drove it home to her garage... and never used it. She still owns the car, but now that she's 80 she's ready to sell it, having driven it, on average, just a shade over seven miles per year. With 300 miles on the clock and literally garaged by a (presumably) little old lady for decades, it's like buying a time capsule. [More pics...]

2011 Lotus Evora
The Evora's like an Elise for grown ups, in that there's a make-believe back seat that's good for small bags of groceries, but also a much larger V6 engine putting out 276 hp. In short, it's just as fast, actually practical for daily use, and stunning, especially with the custom bright yellow wheels offsetting the silver. [More pics...]

Cameron Diaz's 2011 Maserati Quattroporte S
Does it do 185? Actually, no. It'll 171 mph though, and it'll do it comfortably, due to a trick active suspension that adjusts on the fly. Bonus: if you put your windows down at those speeds, your hair will look just like the car's previous owner after she uses "hair gel." [More pics...]
