This is a fully functioning, small scale V8 engine complete with electronic fuel injection. It was built by a guy at his own home, out in his shed, using a manual mill, a 95-year-old lathe, and an amazing set of skills. Definitely worth a watch.
For those wondering how it's possible, it's a 45cc engine that uses the same fuel injection management system you'd buy for your real car — and the rest is just hard work, and an amazing amount of patience.
Aaron Miller is the Rides editor for Supercompressor. He thought the engine in his car was small until he saw this.
