Watch This 200 Ton Dump Truck Drift Around a Parking Lot

Fact: Heavy duty mining equipment, like this earthmover, is generally some of the most impressively engineered transportation on earth.
Fact: The heavier a vehicle is, the harder it is to control when you're, say, drifting. This truck weighs 200 tons.
Fact: 2,000 hp is basically 1.5 Koenigsegg One:1s.

What do all these facts add up to? We're not really sure, but we're pretty certain you've never seen someone drift an earthmover. Until now.

The guy doing the driving here is a professional stunt driver named Mike Ryan. How he managed to convince people with seriously nice cars to let him drift an earthmover next to them is anyone's guess.

Aaron Miller is the Rides editor for Supercompressor. He used to do stunt driving with trucks like this all the time, if you count Tonka Trucks.
