McGillin's End-of-Prohibition Celebration

Recalling the repeal of Prohibition, a time when speakeasies weren't limited to just charter schools, McGillin's Old Ale House is celebrating today with rolled-back drink prices including $1.50 mugs of Victory Throwback Lager and the house's own 1860 IPA, an $18.50 dinner for two, and free fireplace-roasted potatoes all day, honoring a lunchtime promotion back when the place could only serve food and "really strong" tea -- also Ice-T's incredibly fit yet ineloquent brother.
