The Oyster House is learnin' you with a quick-but-thorough bivalve course (complete with plenty of samplings, and a free t-shirt!) throwing down knowledge on proper shucking, oyster anatomy, wine/beer pairings, classic sauces & garnishes, and the differences between species from the West and East Coast, which is most prominently used in the dish Oysters Roc-a-Fella.
