From Smoke's owners and chef, this Mon/Tue-only, 30-seat, 6-month pop-up will feature rotating guest chefs such as Stephen Pyles, Bruno Davaillon, and Sharon Hage; first up's a wine-paired multi-course feast from Park's Marc Cassel, featuring fennel cured lamb loin, braised Kobe beef cheeks w/ microgreen Stroganoff risotto, seared scallops w/ grilled tomato grits, and citrus candied bacon (nobody better lay a finger on your Baconfinger?).
