This cash-only, Prohibition-style speakeasy tucked underneath Gilt Bar's a candlelit hideaway sporting soft leather banquettes surrounding a hulking wooden communal table. They're carefully mixing up 'tails like the Oaxacan Old Fashioned (Delmaguey Chichicapa Mezcal, Azul blanco tequila, Agostura bitters), the Death's Door Daisy (DD vodka, Aperol, St. Germain, lemon), and a Flor de Cana/Creme de Cocoa/egg white/lemon/soda concoction called the Mariposa Fizz, part of a summery section called the Tiki Rebellion, which is doomed to fail unless someone arms them with more than (Singapore) slings.
