A Belgian-inspired turn from the folks behind Witts, Leopold's narrow 100-seat dining room flanks a repurposed wenge wood bar with cream-colored banquettes and pendant chandeliers, while the semi-open kitchen cranks out moules frites, crispy veal sweetbreads w/ roasted mushrooms & sunchoke puree, and a caramelized fennel & onion/mustard spaetzle-sided smoked rabbit loin, probably still smoldering from all that humping.
