Setting up shop for three nights on a pit stop between NYC and LA, the KOC has commissioned Mr. Top Chef Master himself to conceive a special menu (pork tinga tacos, roast poblano and potato tacos, black bean/chorizo tortas) and hand it out for free (along with bottled water and rides home) to promote responsible drinking and irresponsible late-night face-stuffing.
