Three Animals, Three Whiskeys

Tomorrow night, gorge on three spit-roasted animals, each paired with a different whiskey from the Copper Fox Distillery: whole roasted baby lamb alongside Shepherd's pie & wood-grilled asparagus (served with Wasmund's Single Malt Whiskey); whole suckling pig w/ sauerkraut & roasted summer fruit (Wasmund's Rye Whiskey); and rosemary-roasted capretto (baby goat) w/ Wasmund's Rye Spirit -- a lot like Wasmund's Rye Whiskey, but served by the spirit finger.
