Bombay Darbar Opens

Darbar's plating Northern Indian apps like honey garlic shrimp (cooked w/ onions, bell peppers & garlic) and Tandoori chicken wings to go with entrees that include chicken patiala (cooked in yogurt sauce & curry), shrimp malai curry w/ onion and creamy nut-based sauce, and a dish of boneless lamb cubes (simmered in special sauce and flavored with cardamom) called Elaichi Ghost, also a touching Bollywood film in which Oda Mae Brown is haunted by the spirit of Padmesh Swayze.
