Sample 600 Spanish wines

After a three-month relocation hiatus, Xixón's back in a new, 3x larger location, boasting a basement jammed with 600 Spanish wines (including a rotating selection in the enoteca system that lets you buy 1, 2.5, and 5oz samples), a market/deli selling Spanish honeys, jams, and olive oil, hard-to-get pata negra hams, and all kinds of Iberian cheeses, plus a tapas bar and dining area upstairs with grub like fried hake w/ Spanish baby eels, beef tenderloin w/ blue cheese sauce, and chorizo a la sidra: a Spanish sausage stewed with hard apple cider which has the potential to leave lightweights apple sauced.
