Here at Supercall, we’re all about that high-low balance in life. That means drinking at all the best bars but also sipping on a cheap chain restaurant cocktail or two. It means splurging on pricy spirits but grabbing from the bottom shelf every now and again. This Cinco de Mayo, it may mean hitting a real tequila bar for a properly mixed Margarita, or finding a cheap deal at a chain restaurant. Seize the day and live it like you want to live it. These are the best Cinco de Mayo Margarita deals at chain restaurants around the country.
Applebee’s knows Margarita deals like no other. What started as an October Dollarita celebration turned into an April Dollarita celebration, and now it’s a Cinco de Mayo Dollarita celebration. If you’ve somehow avoided all of Applebee’s $1 drinks up to this point, May 5 is your chance to get in on the Margs (and $2 Dos Equis, if you’re into that).
The island grill is leaving the Bahamas for Cinco de Mayo and turning its Margarita happy hour into an all-day affair. Classic Margaritas, which are made with lime, lemon, sugar cane juice and Jose Cuervo, are $5 until May 5.
The Tex-Mex chain doesn’t have a Margarita deal per se, but it does have a two-day special to make your Margs
stronger. On May 4-5, you can get a $1 floater of tequila on your Margarita and a $1 Corona on the side. Chuy’s Cinco de Mayo deal is a little like working overtime—you put in a little more, but you get a lot more bang for your buck.
The largest privately owned Mexican chain in New England goes by the name Margaritas, so naturally it’s got a deal going on for Cinco de Mayo. There’s even a countdown to Cinco 2018 on the top of the restaurant’s website. For the Margarita specials at Margaritas, though, you’ll need to hit the spot a day early. On Friday, May 4, the chain is selling a flight of four Margs for $10.
The fast casual chain known for its pink color scheme and patio dining is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with $3 Margaritas all day May 4-6. Some locations will also host patio parties.
This Mexican Grill & Cantina wants you to “Cinco like you mean it.” On The Border is selling $5 frozen Cinco’ritas on May 5.
You don’t have to be a Mexican or Tex-Mex chain to bring the Cinco de Mayo Marg deals. CPK is dishing out $5 Fresh Agave Lime Margaritas on May 5.
Fleming’s is going the opposite way than most by offering a $100 Margarita. Bear with us. The cocktail is served in a Baccarat Diamant Highball glass designed by Thomas Bastide that you get to take home with you. The glass alone runs for around $140, so technically it is a deal, just a more expensive Cinco de Mayo deal than most.
Taking after its rival Applebee’s, Chili’s is going for a full-month special. For May (and, naturally, on May 5), Chili’s is selling a Margarita it calls The Tequila Trifecta, which is made with Jose Cuervo, 1800 and Sauza, for $5.
